<aside> 👋🏾 Hi there, I’m Orrick Oriol!

I’m a dynamic educator and digital media professional who bridges classroom instruction with creative content creation. With an M.Ed. from Boston College and hands-on experience as a special education educator, I’ve developed expertise in differentiated instruction, Universal Design for Learning, and technology integration that engages diverse K-6 learners. My work spans across numerous school districts and City Year—where I earned the Excellence in Service Award for impactful student support.

Simultaneously, my digital media background includes designing award-winning marketing campaigns for The Wilson Center and leading multimedia strategy as Digital Page’s Communications Intern. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and edtech platforms like i-Ready and Amplify, I create compelling visual content, manage cross-platform campaigns, and translate complex ideas into accessible formats that drive engagement—whether for students or audiences.

I’m passionate about roles at the intersection of education and innovation, from instructional design to edtech content creation. When I’m not supporting student success or crafting multimedia projects, you’ll find me serving on the board of the Greater Manchester Black Scholarship Foundation or exploring new ways to blend pedagogy with digital storytelling.
